Carved Pumpkins and Trick or Treating

Here are our three pumpkins. Big Nose, Aidan, Smile, Madisyn, and the Mickey in the back is Mom's.

Trick or Treating this year was FREEZING. The kids already had tons of candy, and weren't too excited about going in the COLD, but with Dad they did it. I stayed home with Nicole and handed out candy, that's the best place to be anyways, you get to say hi to all of our cute neighbors.

Pumpkin Patch 2010

It's Oct 31 and we are finally going to the pumpkin patch...Better late then Never!

As you can see very few pumpkins to choose from, but that didn't stop us we were determined to find a great pumpkin.

Look at those great pumpkins! Ok next year we are going to go to the pumpkin patch sooner, and find a great pumpkin.

The corn maze was a little worse for ware, but the kids still had fun.

Corn Bellies at Thanksgiving Point

Because it's fun I took the kids to Corn Bellies, to bounce, shoot and play.

Here is Aidan playing store with Madisyn.

They had a pumpkin cannon and corn guns. Aidan and Madisyn decided to do the corn guns. It was actually really cool.

We took a tractor drawn cart around the corn and looked at creepy pumpkin headed scarecrows.

Aidan was so excited about this little Cow Train. It just drove in 3 circles, but he was so excited to ride it, and he rode it with Mike in the little cow seat behind him. Too bad I don't have a picture of Dad stuffed in the cow.

Kimber and Madisyn loved the big bounce pillows. They would still be bouncing if they could. Madisyn had fun showing off her gymnastics skills.

Trick or Treat at Pinnacle

Every year Pinnacle goes all out for Halloween. This year was no disappointment, they decorate the entire section of their cubicles, and this year they had Peter Pan, with a full tree representing the lost boys, a skull island replica and treasure chest, along with Peter Pan playing on the wall, as you can see Aidan again liked the movie.

This really was the only time I dressed up Nicole and Man did she look cute. Michelle let us borrow her TinkerBell Costume and with her cute hair, she looked great.

She loved all of the candy, especially the suckers.

I stayed in Mike's office and handed out candy while Mike took our little ones to get some candy.

Aidan again with that silly face, but that's what you get from a 4 year old. Madisyn and Kimber had fun together getting treats.

Silver Pups Halloween Program

Aidan performed about 4 different songs for us about Halloween and then got to walk around Riverton and trick or treat to the different administrators. It was really cute, although Aidan just stood there when he knew I was watching. When I snuck to video he performed wonderfully. He really like the 5 Little Pumpkin Song.

School Halloween Carnival

The kids had fun again this year at the Halloween Carnival. $12 unlimited games, face paint, finger paint, hair color, cake walks, the kids couldn't do everything. These are the pictures I took of my little ones and the neighbors, in my neighbors front yard.

Madisyn helped me do her makeup, she is getting way too good at make-up, she has way more make up talent then me. Aidan only wore his Gronkle costume once, and this was it, wings, tail, after this he was Iron Man again, he loves Iron Man for some reason. The Gronkle was way cute it was from How to Train a Dragon, and he loved telling people that he was going to be a Gronkle, but when it came down to it he wanted to ware Iron Man.

Look at that serious face on Aidan he took picking his tombstone seriously!

These are all of the neighbors that were out at the time, Rachel, Logan, my little ones, Brooklyn, and Macey.

Green Valley High School Turns 20

So I know I am crazy, but I was so excited when Green Valley High School's Cheer Coach reached out to all varsity cheerleaders to come back and be part of the Homecoming Parade (which we didn't have when I was there) and do the Fight Song before the game. I talked my wonderful husband into making the trip, and for me every minute was worth it. It was great to relive that High School Memory one last time of cheering. I know you probably think I am way lame, but Cheer has been SO much of my life and it all started with Coach Lenard, now Fearless at Green Valley High School. I have cheered or been part of cheerleading for more then 9 years of my life, high school, college and then as a coach. I better Love It, and I am sure on day in the future with my own daughters I will be part of it again.

Here are the above 30 year olds. The high school girls thought we were so old. They even commented to the coach when the figured out our age that we were so old. One girl even asked if we were still in college and we all said no. between the 4 of us we have 4 husbands and 11 kids. The fact we had more then one kid blew their minds.

Here is everyone that came back. Had a lot of Cheer friends I would have loved to have seen, that didn't come. And they missed out on our cool GREEN shirt.

Not only did I have fun, but Aidan and Madisyn got to see their cousins. We love our cousins!! Aidan looks like he just loves Bompa's TV in the new car. :)

Aidan's First Day of Silver Pups

Our first day of school pose. Ready with his Yankee backpack and all. He is getting so big.

Madisyn was excited to be part of this first day picture, and give Aidan advice about making friends, afterall this is the school she went to, she kept reminding him.

Here's Aidan with a couple of his teachers at Riverton. The high school students are his teachers and the ratio is almost 1 to 1 you can't beat that.

Moved on to the BIG Bath!!

Nicole has graduated to the Big Bath, and Aidan is super excited to have a bath buddy again, since Madisyn graduated to the shower. Look at how much she LOVES it. She loves splashing, and kicking those little chubby legs as fast as she can, especially when she gets happy and baths make her REALLY happy.

GO SLIMER'S

This year Aidan played outdoor soccer, and he did an amazing job. We started off with Rust Orange shirts and we were going to be called the Pumpkins, which the kids loved. Then we got these AMAZINGLY bright green shirts and we became the SLIMER'S!!

DRY BONES with a side of BLOOD

We count down 31 days to Halloween and this was one of our favorites this year. DRY BONES!!! It is bread sticks cut and then little balls made on the end to look like the end of your bone, cooked, and then dipped in spaghetti sauce. The kids loved it, we ended up making it two more times before Halloween came.
