Disneyland Again a Week Later

So yes we went to Disneyland again, but this time it was with Mike, Tristan and Audrey. Tristan hasn't been to Disneyland since before his mission, so it was fun to go with the two of them. I found it funny though that when we split up to do our own thing we ended up riding the same rides, just in opposite order. :)
Aidan got to ride Splash Mountain with Daddy this time, and he kept saying "only once Daddy" since last week we got to go twice by just saying go again, since no one was in line. He also rode Tower of Terror with Daddy, and now that we are back home at random moments Aidan will just say "I don't want to ride Tower of Terror again". Mike is impressed with the fact that Disneyland can make kids imaginations run wild, he said he didn't even try to scare him, since Mike wouldn't let Tristan or myself ride with him, because we would make sure to scare him, and Aidan is still freaked out by Tower of Terror. Mike said that a 10 year old boy on the ride with Aidan was crying like a little girl and was impressed with the silent but freighted little boy Aidan was.
We also rode Toy Story Mania a record 4 times in a row in less then one hour, not to mention California Screamer 2 times in a row within the same hour. Mike was trying to beat his all time record on Toy Story, but he ended up scoring the highest with Aidan, the rest of us crumbled under the pressure of what to hit when. I did though see the mice on the Ham and Eggs, the bunker opened for me on the Army Plates, I made it rain and sunshine on Boo Peep, and Zerg's Mouth came out the middle of the Green Men in the ring toss. If you don't know what I'm talking about it's ok, I go to Disneyland way too much, and rides that you can score points and beat other people are my family's favorite.
Captain EO is back and for me better then ever. When I was little I thought this movie was the coolest thing ever, Micheal Jackson at his PRIME, and who remembers Angelica Houston being the beautiful princess at the end, not me, but it was really fun! Madisyn keeps asking that when we go again if we can watch Captain EO because it was her favorite. Nothing is better then 80's dancing!

It's Been Six Months!!!

We finally made it back to Disneyland! What a great day to be at the park. We walked on every ride, except Toy Story Mania. We rode Splash Mountain twice in a row without getting off, although Aidan wanted to get off (on the second time around we were too big on the back of the log that the worker had to push us, yeah that was me on the back) Adian got to ride Go Go Roller Coaster, Soaring Over California, Splash Mountain, and Thunder Mountain, all for the first time ever! What a fun trip. Aidan was funny about the map though, he wanted to go to It's a Small World and kept pointing it out every time we got off a ride, until we rode it. Madisyn and Dakota had fun playing with each other and riding the roller coasters together. Madisyn got to ride California Screamer for the first time, and we rode it three times in a row, with RAIN pelting us in the face. Heidi sat with a sleeping Aidan while I took one for the team, she doesn't do well with coasters, especially three times in a row. If we stay at a hotel with a pool the kids always have to go swimming, they love getting in the pool.

FOUR!

For Christmas and for the kids birthday's Mike has been getting the kids golf clubs and balls so they can learn how to play golf with their Dad. We are going to try to get the kids out every Saturday to hit and then play some put put. Maybe by the end of the summer we will be able to handle a par three course. Madisyn is actually really good, I think she likes doing something with her Dad. Aidan is not a natural but he is getting better and better. (I remind Mike that a women golfer is where the money and scholarships are at, and that he should REALLY focus on Maidysn :)

We Have the Birthday House

Bompa and Nana came up for Audrey's first temple trip, and so we got to spend the day with Bompa for his birthday. We saw Date Night, (Really Really FUNNY) and then had ice cream cake, and presents at the house. Happy Birthday Bompa.
